1. What exactly does WallArtIX do?

WallArtIX provides onsite vertical wall printing across Ireland. We bring a mobile wall-printing machine to your home or business and print your chosen design directly onto the wall — no wallpaper, no vinyl, no stickers.

2. Where do you operate?

We are based in Drogheda and provide onsite printing services across Ireland, including Dublin, Louth, Meath, Kildare, Wicklow, Cavan and Northern Ireland.

3. What surfaces can you print on?

Our vertical wall printer can print on most smooth surfaces, including:

  • Painted walls

  • Plaster

  • Cement

  • Wood panels

  • Tiles

  • Glass

  • Metal

4. How big can the print be?

We can print large murals, feature wall designs, or smaller framed-style artworks, depending on your space and design preference.

✅ Maximum print height (indoor): up to approximately 2 metres
✅ Maximum print height (outdoor): up to approximately 2.5 metres
✅ Print width is unlimited, as the printer moves along the wall to extend the artwork across the surface.

To achieve a premium, professional finish, designs are not printed edge-to-edge and not from ceiling to floor — we always leave clean margins around the artwork for a refined, high-end look.

5. How durable are the prints?

We use UV-curable, long-lasting inks that resist fading, scratching, and moisture, delivering a premium finish that stays vibrant over time.

✅ Indoor prints:
Designed to last for many years with no maintenance. We offer a 7–10 year warranty for indoor prints, depending on surface conditions.

✅ Outdoor prints:
Weather-resistant and durable even under Irish climate conditions. We offer a warranty of up to 5 years for outdoor prints, depending on surface conditions and exposure.

6. How long does the installation take?

Most projects take 1–3 hours, depending on design size and wall preparation. Larger walls may take half a day. You can use the room as normal right after printing.

7. Do I need to prepare the wall?

Only basic preparation is needed:

  • The wall should be clean, dry and smooth.

  • Fill large holes or cracks if needed.

  • Remove furniture close to the printing area.

We’ll guide you through everything before the appointment.

8. How much does wall printing cost?

Our standard pricing:

  • €90 per m² for indoor projects

  • €120 per m² for outdoor projects

  • Special packages available for businesses, cafés, offices and commercial branding

Every project includes a custom quote based on wall size and design complexity.

9. Can you print my own photo or design?

Absolutely. You can provide your own artwork, or we can help you choose a suitable high-resolution image or create a custom design.

10. Is the printing safe and eco-friendly?

Yes. We use certified UV LED inks that are safe, low-odour and suitable for indoor environments, including homes, schools and businesses.
